With over eleven years of clinical experience, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges within a compassionate, collaborative, and supportive environment. I am trained and specialize in working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and difficult life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and evidence-based practices that help clients heal, grow, and reconnect with their sense of self. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood throughout every stage of the therapeutic process.
As a first-generation Latina and Spanish-speaking therapist, I understand the importance of culture, family dynamics, identity, and community in shaping our emotional experiences. I am passionate about providing accessible, culturally responsive care and deeply value giving back to the communities that helped shape me. I especially enjoy supporting clients navigating intergenerational experiences, relational challenges, identity development, and the pressures that can come with balancing personal growth, family expectations, and everyday stressors.
I believe therapy should feel both grounding and empowering. I work collaboratively with each client to tailor treatment to their individual needs while fostering emotional resilience, self-awareness, healthier relationships, and lasting personal growth. My goal is to help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen their inner resources, and move toward a more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling life.
